1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
6 slices thick white bread
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and brown each side in skillet. Serve with maple syrup.
