08/24/10 - Blog # 52

Hey everyone,

I hope you all have had a good couple of weeks since my last blog. A lot has been going on with me. On Box Office Chatter I have reviewed Charlie St. Cloud and Eat Pray Love. If you haven't seen Charlie St. Cloud, it is a must. It is one of the saddest movies I have ever seen, but it is one of the best. Not a huge Zac Efron Fan but he did an amazing job in this movie. It is completely different than any movie he has ever done and it really shows how versatile of an actor and how talented he is.

Eat Pray Love was a pretty good movie. It wasn't the best I have ever seen, but it wasn't bad. It was very inspirational, and very cultural. The movie introduces you to the culture in Italy, India and Bali. It really makes you want to take a year off and travel the world, and apparently it inspired Julia Roberts to convert to Hinduism.

I also reviewed Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. I have never seen a movie like that before. It was a good movie; it just had a little too many effects in it for me.

Classes started the 16th for me. This semester I am taking Intro to Communications, Theatre Appreciation, Fit and Well For Life and Biology. I love my intro to com. Class. It is so much fun. We have been playing a bunch of new videos on Country Café, I hope you have been watching and make sure you watch Saturdays at 8 EST. Have a great week!
